1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Mybuh platform, available at https://www.my-buh.com, operated by IAUTOMATIZAR DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA ("Mybuh", "we").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

Mybuh is a software-as-a-service platform that lets you generate 3D mascots and animated videos with artificial intelligence from references and settings you provide.

The service runs on pre-paid credits purchased in one-time packs. Each generation consumes credits according to the type and resolution of the requested content.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Sign-up is done via Google or Microsoft authentication.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits and Payments

Purchases on Mybuh are sold by us, IAUTOMATIZAR DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA, registration (CNPJ) 61.201.826/0001-03, and we are the seller of record to you. Appmax acts as our payment processor (gateway): it performs the charge, the antifraud analysis, and the handling of card data, without being the seller of the purchased content.

Credits are pre-paid, personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value. They are not redeemable for cash outside the Refund Policy, except where required by law.

Prices are shown in Brazilian reais (BRL), as presented on the Appmax checkout. Payment is completed on the Appmax hosted page, opened in a new tab from Mybuh.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to create illegal, offensive, defamatory content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that exploits minors.

You must not attempt to bypass limits or charges, reverse engineer, or abuse the service through automated means. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable use is detailed in the Acceptable Use Policy, available at /acceptable-use, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the references and images you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, to the content you generate, and you are responsible for holding the necessary rights to your input material.

Mybuh's software, brand, interface, and technology belong to us or our licensors and are not transferred to you.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted availability, or error-free AI generations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with venue in the district of Florianópolis/SC, unless a more favorable consumer protection rule applies.
