IAUTOMATIZAR DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA, registration (CNPJ) 61.201.826/0001-03, located at Av. Arquipélago, 300 — Florianópolis/SC, Brasil, is the controller of personal data processed in Mybuh.

This Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. Data We Collect

Account and identity data provided through Google or Microsoft social login, such as name, email address, and provider identifier.

Usage and content data: mascots, videos, uploaded references, settings, generation history, and credit balance.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and access logs, for security and operation of the service.

3. How We Use Data

To provide, operate, and improve the service, process generations, manage credits, and provide support.

For security, fraud and abuse prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and service-related communications.

4. Payments and Appmax

Payments are processed by Appmax, our payment processor. We do not store full card data; such data is handled directly by Appmax.

Appmax processes payment and billing data under its own privacy policy, as an independent controller for that purpose.

5. Sharing and Sub-processors

We share data with providers that enable the service, including cloud infrastructure, object storage, database, and AI providers for content generation.

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary for each purpose and under contractual confidentiality obligations.

6. International Transfers

Some providers may process data outside Brazil. In such cases, we adopt contractual safeguards and appropriate measures under applicable law.

7. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes described and to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
